How far in advance should I book?

About two weeks. We order balloons specifically for each event rather than keeping stock on hand, so that lead time lets us get the right colors and sizes in for your design.

Do you take same-day bookings?

No. Because every order is placed for your specific design, we are not able to accommodate same-day requests.

How long do balloons last?

Indoors, expect around three days. Outdoors is a different story — heat, sun and wind cut that down to hours, which is why outdoor designs are installed the same day as your event.

What do you need from my venue?

At least three hours of setup access before your event starts, coordinated with our team ahead of time.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

The same terms as our inflatable rentals. A $100 deposit confirms your booking and the balance is charged the day before your event. You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund any time up until the day of the event; day-of cancellations and reschedules carry a $50 charge.

Do you deliver and set up, or can I pick up?

Both, depending on the item. Garlands, clusters, columns and party favors are available for Grab & Go pickup at our location in Pelham. Arches, hoops, backdrops and feature walls are installed by our team.
