We make booking easy!
Here’s your guide to get the party started:
Step One: Input your event date and time. If you haven’t decided on an exact time yet, just use an estimate around the time of day you are thinking. Knowing your event time helps us coordinate the best delivery and pickup times for you!
Step Two: Select your inflatables and complete check out. Your credit card on file will be charged half of the rental cost at checkout and the remaining half the day before your event.
Step Three: Review and sign rental agreement. Within 24 hours of your booking, we will email over the rental agreement for you to electronically sign. This is also when we will notify you of any distance charges (see FAQs for more info) and coordinate delivery and pickup details.
Step Four: Time to party! We will deliver your rental the day before or the morning of your party according to your rental agreement. We handle all set up to ensure a safe and reliable experience. We pick up your rental the evening of your party or the following day, depending on your rental agreement.
